Reason for the Auction

Fundraising is a BIG part of running a rescue, it also provides an opportunity for those that want to help DBR but are not able to foster or adopt a bulldog.  Virtually every penny raised is spent on medical care for DBR rescues.


We have conducted several auctions on Facebook over the past few years with great success.

How does it work?

On the opening day and time of the auction we will make public an album on facebook that contains pictures and details of every item available in the auction.  Bidders can click on the album and look at every item, if they wish to bid, they can enter their bid in the comments below the picture of the item.  Bidders should outbid any prior bids by one dollar or more.  Bidding will continue until the closing date and time of the auction.  


After the auction is closed, the album will be temporarily unavailable so that we can record and notify all winners.  All winners will be tagged on each item that they were the high bidder on and they will be notified how to make payment.


We will have moderators online (before, during and after the auction) to assist and answer any questions.


How do I pay for items?

If you are the successful bidder for an auction item(s), you can make payment either by mailing a check or via Paypal by clicking the button below.  Please note the auction item(s) you are paying for.

I want to donate an item!

We are currently soliciting items and greatly appreciate donations for the auction. Historically, unique items (and of course anything bulldog related) have sold really well.  Items that are relatively light or easy to package are greatly appreciated. We would prefer at this time to have all donors direct ship to winners at the end of auction.
